Matchmaking event to access investors, technology providers and establish partnerships

About

The summit is a meeting point for SMEs, startups, spinoffs, technology providers, corporations and investors from the bioeconomy sector to interact and establish fruitful partnerships. Any other organisation interested in the topic is welcome, too. A travel grant of 600 euros is available for SMEs in the food processing and production sector.

Interactive workshop about recycling of food biomass within the bioeconomy sector.

Elevator pitch session for startups, SMEs and spinnoffs to show their ideas and projects before investment companies.

Matchmaking session for startups, spinoffs, corporations and investors to connect with each other.

Presentation of the online matchmaking platform for bioeconomy innovators from the Bioeconomy Ventures project.

Presentation of the decision support tool from Model2Bio which identifies the best routes for valorising agri-food residues.

Network during our visit to the Biogas Lagadas, CERTH and the Gerovassiliou winery.

Travel aid

Food and processing SMEs can apply for the B-Resilient Mobility Lump Sum of 600 Euro. The grants are given away on a first-come first-served basis. Applications are open until 24th April, 2023.

Ten entrepreneurs will get the chance to present their ideas or businesses in a live pitch in front of investors and a jury.  Applications are open until 14th April, 2023.
